I also have a Step Up For Student account and we placed an order online, but the case was too small. They offered to have us come in with the guitar to ensure a solid fit. So we decided on a little road trip! I was BLOWN AWAY at the beauty of this place. I must say the gorgeous guitars and Irish castle vibes were breathtaking. It's like a speakeasy meets a castle inside this wonderful location! If you are looking for an instrument I highly recommend you contact them! You will not be disappointed! I sold this guitar back to guitar center where I bought it and got 375 I messaged db music to let them know about the price situation and they wanted to say I don't know what I'm talking about and that nobody has ever said anything like that. He was very dude over the messages I don't suggest buying or selling to these people they have a very select choice of people they want to be fair with and others they do wrong so I would suggest staying away from here and just sticking with guitar center or a better music store

They gave my guitar more TLC in the few weeks at their shop, than I have in the three years I've been in possession of it. Passion doesn't even begin to describe the labor of love these guys have for their work. I recently visited their workshop, and I left with my head swimming. From a tune up in the workshop to creating a custom piece or nailing the accurate color paint job, these guys truly know how to cater to the needs and desires of their customer base. They truly love what they do, they genuinely care about each of those guitars that cross the threshold, and do their utmost to provide their clientele with an exceptional customer service experience. Although the staff at SG are all guys, I did not feel the least bit excluded or unwelcome. This isn't some Old Boys' Club where the womenfolk aren't welcome. I not only felt welcome, but I felt like family. Even as a novice, I left feeling like a rock star! Like finding the perfect hair stylist, finding a stellar luthier is equally difficult to find. Orlandoans and central Floridians, listen up! Bottom Line: If you have a guitar that needs work, take your baby to SG. Save yourself the trouble of getting crappy work done at guitar center. These guys can fix any issues that guitar center creates. Matt was super quick to respond and answered all my questions and concerns. He understands the working musician and that I don't want to give up my main instrument for several weeks. He ordered the frets from the manufacturer and when the parts were there and he was ready to do the work he called me. I brought my guitar to him on a Monday and had it back Saturday. The work looks as if the frets came installed from the factory. He is true professional and the price was great. I would definitely recommend Matt.
