VaporDNA has a really clean store with a lot of products I was very excited to shop here and I was ready to buytwo vapes, batteries and juice but was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The guy brought down one vape (which was out of stock) he set it on the counter, walked away didn't talk to us and didn't seem interested in selling us anything. Maybe because I look young they didn't want to sell to me but I left without buying anything and was not met with any kind of goodbye. purchased a Veperosso device from them in late December and in February 4 the device stop working. Reached out to them and they said they only support the device for 45 days and the rest will have to go through manufacturer which we all know this is a Chinese company. i expected an american business to support american consumer. I have placed somewhere around 20 orders here since they opened with more than half of those over $200. Early on, VDNA was awesome, they had great inventory and even better customer service. Flash forward to the last 1.5 years or so and well....not so much. Prices and inventory are middle of the pack at best. They are still fairly consistent in getting your shipment out within 2 business days, which is ok. The big drop off has come in Customer Service. I don't mean that they won't respond. They will....and they are exceptionally polite and friendly. The problem is that is where it ends. Don't expect them to actually solve your issue. They will find any excuse to blame someone else....very politely of course. But if you could care less if your vendor actually is there for you after the sale, then by all means, drop off your hard earned cash here. There was a time when VDNA was one of the best all-around shops in the biz. Unfortunately that is no longer the case and they now fall into the "stores that you should avoid unless I am extremely desperate" category. Sadly I now do. read more

I hate to leave a 1 star for any shop that supports a hobby of mine, but this place is in need to help. The shop is simply filthy. Boxes all over the place, the counters are loaded with film from all the vaping in the shop, and walking in there is like walking into an old style pool hall - totally clouded up, and the guys who work there give (at least me) the feeling like they're doing me a favor be even bothering to talk to me or answer questions. They really need to get their stock put away, clean the place up and get a descent ventilation system in there - then you won't feel like you need to go thru a decontamination when you leave. This is my vape shop of LAST resort - I'll only go there if I need something and can't wait to get it shipped. I hope they clean up their act. read more

Hello, I used to really enjoy using VaporDNA, but lately the service has gone bad. On Friday, March 3, I received my order, but the color was mixed up, I immediately sent an email with a picture of the invoice, packaging where the color and the device itself are indicated, on Monday by lunchtime, I received an email from a customer service employee with a request send an email with a picture, I wrote that I sent it on Friday, but just in case I sent it again, and in response, silence !! I want to use the device for which I paid, and not correspond with one letter for two weeks to get my device!!! And why should I first send you a device that you sent me by mistake and only when it arrives, your company will send mine?! That's ridiculous!! Why is it impossible, like in Amazon, they made a mistake - first they sent me the correct order and I use it, and then I send the wrong order ?! And the most important thing is that this is not the first time they send me not what I ordered, although then VaporDNA customer service quickly resolved this issue, because they immediately answered the email, now the correspondence with the customer service is like pigeon mail !! It seems to me that in the 21st century, any respectable company should have an online chat with a customer service employee. I really regret my purchase from this company. read more
