Second, they have an extremely rigid cancellation policy - once you enroll, unless you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice you will get no refund on the full booking fee. My daughter woke up with a fever and tested positive for Covid the morning of camp and we obviously decided not to bring her. The camp refused to reschedule or even offer a 50% discount on a future session. I'd recommend checking out School of Rock instead.

There is a lot to love about Court 16 in Brooklyn…read more 1. First and foremost, the staff. They are amazing, kind, and attentive. My son and I felt comfortable the moment we walked in. We went there for an event and the staff ensured everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time. 2. The location. The courts are located on the 4th floor of City Point and what makes that cool is you can explore shopping, food, and movies before or after your tennis session, all within the same building. We did just that and it added to the experience. 3. The cleanliness of the facility. Everything from the courts to the restrooms were top notch. 4. The trainers. We got to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. They were engaging, warm, and could clearly teach any level. I have been playing tennis for years and still walked away learning something new. I love when that happens. Thank you to everyone @ Court 16 - Brooklyn for being amazing. My children have been taking music class with Jeremy for roughly 10 years. Starting as the…read morepreschool music teacher, but then for various camps and then private lessons. Both of my children have very different learning styles. My son reads and memorizes with ease, and has an excellent ear. Jeremy started helping him train his ear and now he has started figuring out his favorite melodies on the piano in his spare time. My daughter likes to teach herself songs without reading. When she was 8 I realized she was hating reading sheet music, and it is far more important to me that she have a connection to instruments and making music first. Jeremy was completely open to that and her love of music flourished. She now sings and accompanies herself, composes her own songs (with Jeremy's guidance) AND has taken up guitar, which he also teaches. He is so supportive and kind and is great with tinies (2-6) to Pre-teens. We could not ask for a better partner for our children's music education. He is so familiar that he sometimes gets much of the same attitude that is reserved for parents and he handles it with ease and patience. We are eternally grateful and can not recommend him enough.

I play Modern here every Monday and this store is a great place to play Magic: The Gathering. The tourney organizer, Ezekiel is friendly, helpful, considerate, and really cares about the people playing Magic here. He will wait to start if someone is running late and will work with the players to figure out proper judge calls. I believe he also hosts Warhammer 40K events too. The store itself is very well lit, maintained, and most importantly clean. We all know board and card game enthusiasts can be on the smelly/ less hygienic side, but this store is thankfully better maintained. The bathroom is cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly and helpful. They've always been nice to customers from what I see, and will regularly bring your order to your table if you're busy playing a game. All in all I couldn't recommend a better place to play board games or Magic: The Gathering.
