After specifically requesting to have 4 customer provided OEM replacement parts installed, I met the owner in person and mentioned every provided part verbatim and he agreed, giving me a calendar date with nothing scheduled a week or more in advance. After I brought my car, I drove over half an hour home when Red called me and told me he wouldn't do any work that day and that he only agreed to do 1/4 parts. I requested the next day that he would have fully open to complete the work same day, so that I can return to work, and the owner yelled down the phone and telling me he wouldn't use my parts, and hung up on me. As you expect, he behaved the exact same in person after I decided to take my business elsewhere. When you go to Red's, what you pay for is what you get, which is shoddy bare minimum work from grumpy old toddlers who treat you as an unwelcome intruder at every step, both in person and on the phone, regardless of your own conduct.
