I have been waiting for three months to have windows installed. After many many calls and emails…read moresomeone finally got back to me, with one excuse after the other. Today I told them that I want my deposit back because I have totally lost trust in them to do the work at all, much less do it properly and have any kind of service after the fact. Windows are so important in Florida, as we all know. My current windows don't leak, but they are in need of repair, so since I renovated my house....new impact windows seemed like the right thing to do. When I was looking for a quote, they were only too happy to help me. They were in constant contact. As soon as they had my deposit, nothing. Legal action will be started if my money is not returned promptly. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company because they have totally lost my trust in doing business with them.

DO NOT use this company! Unprofessional, rude and they have no time for their customers. Matt came…read moreto my home to measure and take notes on all doors needed for the project, sent the quote and we made a handful of adjustments, the quote was paid in full. Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.

The prices they gave were very reasonable and the doors were good quality. Next, I went directly to the showroom to inquire about glass inserts for front double doors. They usually work with the public directly through appointment only, but I did not know that until I got there. But Russell welcomed me warmly and provided wonderful, detailed information. I never felt like I was an unexpected inconvenience. I was able to see samples and take brochures home and they made it easy for me to place an order over the phone. Shipping was free and my order was delivered in just a few short days. The inserts are lovely and good quality. I could not be more pleased with the service and the product.
