Because they were having a sale, buy three get one free sale (which seemed to be a consistent unadvertised theme at the stores we visited) I reviewed this location's smaller selection and picked up a couple for friends and a couple for myself. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful and they gave us a free tote with purchase as a bag. All in all, I love the brand and wish they had stores in the US.

However I live in Denmark, where Balenciaga does not have mens. I spoke to an extremely helpful sales rep, (I think her name was Paulette?) who helped me getting the shoes sent to the Danish store where i could pick them up. And it only took ONE day! Fantastic experience and amazing service and i will be very happy with my purchase!
