I can't believe anyone would give less than 4 stars for this salon!! I have been coming here for almost a year. I actually went to two other salons prior to meeting Evan and Lisa the owners. They have been nothing but professional, kind, their prices are great, and the salon is very clean!! I noticed one of the one star complaints mentioned filthy salon and ants in the bathroom!!!?? I would have to agree with the owner, I don't know what salon she was at, but it could not have been this one. They always greet you when you come in, ask you what you're there for and if you had an appointment. They do an amazing job and are always friendly! Highly recommend!!! read more

Went in for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicurist was patient and did her job well. The manicurist rushed through my hands and did a piss poor job, leaving my nails uneven. I WOULD recommend getting services from the technician with the dark skin and tattoos! read more

2/5 This place is struggling--and not in a charming underdog way. I came in for a simple service and was immediately met with chaos. The tech who started my pedicure had a broken drill and had to hold the cord in just the right spot while trying to file my toes... it took 15 minutes to do three. He also cut me twice. I had to ask for a new person. The manager ended up doing my nails while someone else finished my toes, and while they turned out okay, the whole experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. No cleaning under the nails, no attention to detail. The salon was severely understaffed with 4-5 overworked employees scrambling to keep up. I genuinely feel for them, but this isn't how you treat paying customers. Until they get more help and better equipment, I wouldn't recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I wanted to get some self-love treatment while on vacation and WOW, this nail salon was AMAZING!! They were so accommodating and kind! They did an awesome job with a mani and pedi. Gentle and precise when doing my dip powder French tip nails. The salon itself was very clean and they played great music - relaxing vibes. Nice massage with the most basic pedicure too! We also received 2 free massage lotions and 2 free pineapple cuticle oils just for leaving a google review. 11/10 recommend! read more

I visited on Monday, June 14, 2021 for a pedicure and gel manicure. Yesterday, Wednesday, June 16, 2021, my big toe on my left foot was swollen and red. Went to my podiatrist today. He numbed my toe, cut into it to drain the infection, pulled a piece of toenail out of my toe, and cut the rest of the nail from the top to the bottom so that it would grow back improperly. He said infection probably set in as a result of tools not being sanitized properly. Also, gel manicure is steady chipping off. For your own health abs safety, find a reputable, clean nail salon, and bypass this one. Only gave 1 star to be able to post this review. read more

I came to this place because it's near my house and I just wanted a birthday pedicure. I'm giving the place 3 stars because I can't say my experience was the best I've definitely had friendlier service. The biggest thing is that I've been told by other nail techs and I've read somewhere it takes about 2 hours for 2 hours for nail Polish to fully dry. I let my feet dry was very careful for about 3 hours then I put on closed toe shoes for my birthday dinner and the next day I realized that both of my big toes smudged greatly and the pedicure is basically ruined. The person that did my pedicure I can tell kind of forgot to do a few things so that person didn't seem too into what he was supposed to do. I appreciate the pedicure as ultimately it was relaxing and I liked massaging but I have to get my nails repainted. read more

It's a shame because there were a couple moments for 3 star potential. I called and made an appointment on day of. When we arrived no greeting whatsoever. I was trying to treat my grandmother and this was an awful start. We stood there so painfully awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge us for 10 minutes. When they finally took us in I was regretting everything. The salon was genuinely filthy. The restroom had ants all over the wall and didn't even have paper towel. But that was nothing compared to just the overall "salon." Fortunately the equipment appeared to be mostly single use and there was a strong cleaning solution odor so I am existing under the idea that yes, the equipment was clean. The gal that did my grandmothers toes was actually friendly. Thank goodness. And if I could leave a Yelp review for her alone it would look a lot different. But the one who did mine and my husband??? I don't even know what to say. I've never felt like I have ever inconvenienced someone more than this woman. This was not good. Just not good. And to top it offfffff, they played a radio station with the top hits but not the radio version! ACK PLEASE NO. I really don't want to hear the f words while spending time with my grandmother. read more

I updated my review to reply to Elvin's comments. I would love to see the camera footage you have, as you clearly gave me $8- 1 $5 bill and 3 -$1 bills. Also, we discussed that I wanted to leave a $12, not $30 as you charged-so you should have provided me with $18 back, not $8, not $15. Also, why would you even run the card with a charge when I was still filling out the receipt? Finally, you never gave me the receipt even when I asked for one. I used to come here regularly but your replies on this board to anyone that mentions a problem are nothing short of rude. That is not good customer service or a way to keep regulars. I have updated my rating. BE CAREFUL. I went to pay my bill this week and Evin watched me write in the tip amount but before I finished and signed the credit card slip he ran my card for $30 tip!!! Unpleasant interaction with a man who works at this shop. I was seated outdoors at a neighboring restaurant, when this employee propped open the door to the nail salon. The smell of fumes was overwhelmingly strong and ruining our dinner. When we politely asked if he would shut the door because the salon chemicals were so strong, he flat out said no. There was no regard to patrons of adjacent businesses. We had to leave our table and move indoors. read more

First time going to a nail salon for Gel X. Horrible experience. My nail artist was really rough and was pushing my nails up while working on them. Also filed so hard that one broke and she had to redo it. She was using bad language whenever she messed up, which was a lot. Overall it was painful and she wasn't attentive as she often got up and walked away and took phone calls during my appointment. Same day I got them done, many felt loose and wiggly even though I was told they would last at least 2 weeks. Most of the diamonds they put on my nails weren't centered and popped off after a couple days and I was told they wouldn't pop off. Terrible experience. Will NOT be going back!!! read more

It was my first time getting coffins. Lisa did them better than I imagined. She suggested the pink and whites. I'm really feeling these nails. Kim gave me the BEST most relaxing deluxe pedicure ever. On Feb. 2nd I made an appointment for Feb 3rd at 11:30am to get a full set of nail and a pedicure. I got there and was asked to wait. Only 4 tech's and four customers and two people waiting. After a 20min wait I received my pedicure from Giselle which was lovely. Then they brought me to a nail table where I waited for 20 min without anyone even addressing me about the wait. 15 min. later when someone did address me and I asked about my nails they asked me to be patient and he acted like he didn't even know I wanted a full set of nails. After spending 2 hours in the salon and no indication of how much longer it might be I just got up paid for the pedi and left. I have never been treated like that in salon and the worst part is I wasted 2 hours of my time and didn't even get what I really truly need. I don't normally have to write bad reviews but this but in this situation I have to say DON'T go there. read more

Reason why I'm giving them one star is because they are very rude. They do OK on the nails but do not a knowledge you walk in ,sometimes you'll be standing there for five minutes without a single word. The owner is so immature and very judgmental.
