Went to lakeside Vodafone shop as my insured Samsung 24 has broken (damage to screen ) The staff were absolutely no help telling me that they cannot help me to phone Vodafone insurance and ill have to sort this out myself even though my phone is broken and i cannot contact them .I am really disappointed with the apathy and cant do attitude of the Lakeside branch .I will try the Brentwood branch tomorrow as they seem to have a can do attitude .Lakeside staff, not a way to treat your paying customers .I don't recommend dealing with this branch .Only one star as i cannot find a way to put zero stars . read more

Good selection of phones and price plans but the customer service needs looking at. A man with hearing problems was in the shop ahead of me waiting to be served at one of the small tables but was repeatedly asked by one staff member after another if he was being served despite being served by someone who had disappeared out the back of the shop 'checking' something. We were left, on the other hand, to wander around and no-one asked us if we needed help etc. Finally went to the apple shop! read more

the shop size has doubled alowing for more facilties to be used and more range of accesories and fones to be sotred, they have a queing machine in there and everal help desks, there customer service is excellent. read more
