I have not been able to call their so-called customer service number 607-123000 because it is in Spanish and you need to enter your phone number or NIF. When I enter the NIF, it does not recognize, even though I have an account. I have been given so many different stories from different people and also promised to receive an email a week ago, and nothing. Oh yes, and did I mention that they cut off my movil service 3 days early when they had an order to port it to a new carrier? They have also told me I need to pay over 100 euros in order to cancel my contract even though the contract period is up. I have nothing in writing nor did I agree to this extra fee when I signed up. I am totally frustrated and would not recommend them. Never again! read more
