They also stock pre-owned mobile phones, laptops and other technology. The store is clean, tidy and very well laid out. I'm often sent on missions to find an obscure game which I can usually locate quickly. Prices are very good, particularly on dvds with boxsets starting from approximately £4! CEX also offer the facility to trade in your old technology, games and dvds. They will give you cash or instore credit but you need to bring in identification. The staff are very helpful and willing to check stock for you. If you haven't visited before, it really is worth a snoop.

One of what seems like 2 million mobile phone shops in Bloomfield Shopping Centre but certainly one…read moreof the most laid back and welcoming with really excellent service being given any time I have had to go in here with my sister or my friends who have an 02 phone. I have been on Orange for as long as I remember and have called in here a couple of times to price going onto 02 and always found the staff polite, friendly, helpful and non intrusive. I have never went on 02 just because the deals never quite worked out for me but thats not the staffs fault. It is located in Bloomfield Shopping Centre so its easy to get to with plenty of free parking and ATMs available.

To be fair, anytime I have been in with my brother in law the staff have been helpful and polite and always tried to point him in the right direction. For example, he was in recently and they directed him to the website to get a better deal, which is thought was top drawer. Being in Bloomfield Shopping Centre there is plenty of parking about and access to ATMs. Unfortunately for Three, there are lots of other phone shops too which probably means you won't be in here much.

There is only one member of staff still there from when I was working there so I feel I can be non-biased. I have been in a couple of times recently and I don't think the service has been all that good. They have seemed a little bit uninterested other than Amy who is always helpful and attentive and really knows what she is doing. Last time I did any major business in here they forgot to put roaming on my phone and I was left in Dublin that weekend with a phone that wouldn't work. The service could be better here to be honest and the stuff they can do is still as annoyingly limited as it was when I worked there.
