I have had a few issues but Xavier has been great about educating me on the little things. Totally back up the product. I am sure in time they will have an electric one with a door, lol! This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!!
