Only after that they came back and said one tile was not in stock, I asked for immediate refund. They said go back in and see if there was another I liked. Unbelievably, the tiles we could not take home for a night on our initial visit, we could now. None of the alternates suited so we still asked for a refund. That was nearly 7 weeks ago. Initially they said they could not process until payrun at end of month ( 3 weeks ago), still after calls and emails, not all get a response, I get more excuses and still no refund. This leads me to not trust them. Tiles are expensive - We are still waiting for our money. Extremely disappointed.
