After hiring this company to convert a website from HTML to Wordpress i could not be more…read moredisappointed in the customer service! The manner in which I was treated was less than professional. As soon as i showed a small amount of knowledge and started asking questions i was given an attitude and treated like a bother. Wait a minute, excuse me, i hired you to build MY website but i cannot put in my two cents?! I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!! Now my website is broken because of a paid plugin that they used and have a licence for and they are refusing to help fix it of even speak to me. I called them about 10 times and left messages and no return call. I then called them from a different # and Suzie the owner was very rude and told me she refused to work with me? I should have known right from the start that when they wanted to meet me in a coffee shop for a consultation it would not end well. This company does not have an office and everyone works out of their home, i guess? This project should have been simple but they made me find all their mistakes and then ask them to fix them, and that made me look like the bad guy when in reality the mistakes never should have happened to begin with!!! My conversion is horrible and i have so many plugins that it is crazy!! I own 5 websites and have dealt with many people over the years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated. I paid for a premium service and got amature results! I did shop around for prices and they were not the cheapest but i hired them because i wanted a company i could count on for seo and all future needs. I originally hired them to do 2 WP conversions and a new WP build but after the first site was a bust i went elsewhere. Totally rude!! Take your money elsewhere!
