I will totally be back! Great hospitality, very chill vibe, the food was awesome. I got the Pho-let mignon and it was delicious. They give you so much meat! Omg! I was shocked. And the medium is the size of a large at other places. We had the bao buns with grilled pork. It was not bad, just too much sauce. However, it looked like they put thought and effort into the appetizer so that gets merit points. I want to come back and try other things! I highly recommend this place. After so many glowing reviews, it was really disappointing to have such a mediocre experience here. The service was practically non existent, having to ask for things several times and never receiving a check or being told to pay up front. The prices were pretty inflated for the amount of food as well. I can eat a small and be overly full at my other usual spots for under $8, but here, I'm still starving due to the pitiful amount of noodles in my bowl. Ordered takeout at Vivi. This time around I had the PHO BO VIEN, BUN BO HUE, TOFU BAO, and MIXED RICE PLATTER. The pho was decent! Delicious broth, perfectly cooked rice noodles. The tofu bao was on the dry side and would have benefited from a heavy sauce of some kind. Now the bun bo hue was a less traditional version. Looks like they used brisket meat only. Ordered via Ubereats 1.5 hour before closing. They accepted the order. Resto kept updating the order by 15 min until finally they simply canceled order because it was too close to closing time. Who knows why I can only speculate: bottom line is the made me wait and wait and wait only to cancel then wouldn't answer phone to ask why did you do that. My go to pho place! The broth here is so good I hardly ever dress it up! It's fast and the ingredients are delish. Also as a tendon lover I love that they have tendon and tripe in their menu. The places that don't are not truly authentic (And yes I am Asian.) The staff have always been really nice, there is one guy in particular who is super accommodating and sweet. Not sure of his name. The only thing I would say they need to pep up is the bubble tea offerings, but since I'm always full on Pho when I leave it's not a concern for me. read more

Been to ViVi three times now, and I'm pretty impressed with it. I usually get the dac biet pho at pho restaurants. I ordered it the first time here, and it was really solid. The broth was flavorful and on point, and the meat and noodles were both plentiful. I decided to get something different the next two times I came here. I ordered the short ribs, and they were delicious. I find that vietnamese and korean short ribs can be very tough, and they're usually overcooked. The short ribs here were tender, and had super bold flavors. It was so good that I got it the next time I came as well. My parents got the special rice noodles plate, which they also loved. I'm so happy I tried this place. I'm usually partial to the hole-in-the-wall places on Federal, but this place is delicious and super close to home. Try it! read more

The food here is great! However the tendon and tripe in the pho is VERY freezer burnt! I couldn't get the taste of chemicals out of my mouth! I am severely disappointed however I get it, not many Americans eat tripe and tendon but still restock and use fresher ingredients! Other than that this place is amazing, staff are super friendly, the food especially the lotus bun is amazing the broth of the pho is spot on and perfect for those who don't like the taste of cilantro! If you like your broth spilled in the delivery bag this is your place. I have placed 3 orders each with comments stating ***Please Don't Let Broth Spill*** yet each time the broth is laying on its side on the porch. Anywhere from 30% to 50% of the broth is gone. That's fine, no problem, I sit down at my table and before ordering ask you make sure I can still get a receipt, even a hand-written itemization would be fine. I love this place and have been coming here for two years. Best pho in Denver. Unfortunately they are struggling with Covid precautions. We came in today for lunch and the server was wearing his mask down the whole time. Talking to tables with no mask. Taking our order with no mask. Reaching across our food to fill our water glasses with no mask. We also saw cooks from the back dropping off food with their masks down. I understand that by going out to eat you are taking a risk Covid wise. But I also expect restaurants to follow state ordered mandates. We will not be dining in here for awhile. Really disappointing. Came here around 8:30pm on Friday night, after calling to see if they had a table available. (It was our second choice but the wait at the first place was 45 min). On arrival there were 4 tables open but for some reason we had to wait 15 minutes for a table to be cleaned -1 star. Once seated with our menus, it was another short wait to order. Unfortunately a fellow who had marinated in cologne was seated beside us which definitely detracted from my overall experience (though no fault to the establishment). We asked to be moved to another booth, which they happily accommodated (but the smell had overpowered the whole restaurant by then). We had ordered veggie egg rolls as an appetizer and they were yummy. Shortly after, our veggie pho came out - Luke warm like tepid bathwater. -2 stars. There's nothing quite as disappointing as cool pho on a cold day. Had I any patience left, I probably would have sent it back. By that time I was hangry, cranky and ready to get home. Solid pho place if you need a quick bite on Colorado. Our friends have gotten the pho and say it's delicious. We've only gotten appetizers, but they're good! Just walked out paying full price for an inedible plate of Pad Thai. It was drowning in a brown sauce with wider noodles I am used to, and did not prefer. I asked waiter if I could have an order with less sauce. He took it in the back, removed the noodles that were in a pool of sauce and put it on a fresh plate and then said, this is how we serve it here. Still inedible. I asked for the bill he came back with it charging me full price for inedible meal. I left still hungry. read more
