Yesterday was my last visit out of 30, I invested a lot of time in every visit but it was all worth it. I'm really bad with names, but during my visits I got multiple massages by this cuban man and a Venezuelan lady. The cuban would add more pressure and work the muscles, the Venezuelan would be more gentle and relaxing. Both have different styles but my favorite one was when the cuban man would use his elbow. That elbow technique would give me the best results. I told him that massage was an inch close to "torture", since it was painful. He was working deep tissue muscles, so of course it hurt. But the results on the day after were felt. The staff is friendly and they always worked around my busy schedule. The Drs would take their time to explain to me exactly what I had and how to take care of myself. I became more conscious about my pain, body and movement overall and how to take care of my health in the long term. I will visit again when I need a massage for sure.

Often, assistants guided the sessions, and I was left on my own without clear direction. That all changed at FOX Physical Therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Braulio, who is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. At first, I was nervous it would be like other facilities, but Braulio explained that he treats a maximum of two patients at a time, and that made all the difference. Braulio is incredibly attentive and present. Even when working with another patient, he is constantly watching me, giving me feedback, correcting movements, and motivating me even from across the gym. He explains exercises clearly, remembers details even months later, and truly knows how to motivate you, especially when you don't feel as strong or in shape as you once were. What really stands out is that he stays focused on the work. There's no wasted time or unnecessary chatting. You can genuinely tell that he cares about your recovery and progress. I could go on with many specific examples, and write an immense review, but the bottom line is that Braulio is a highly skilled, dedicated, and truly caring physical therapist, and I recommend him without hesitation. They also tend to greet clients by first name immediately upon entering, so it seem like a small, familial practice. For many clients, it seems they start with heat, a manual massage, followed by exercises, and then icing and some sort of electric wave therapy.
