I needed to replace pieces of mirror in a night table. JoAnn measured everything and provided me with an estimate immediately. Prices are very fair and work is excellent. The mirror was meticulously cut to perfection. It was a pleasure to do business with JoAnn. Other employees were also friendly and very helpful. They offer many different glass/mirror services/products. JoAnn was also extremely helpful in offering suggestions for having film (privacy) applied to a glass wall for a different project. Outstanding work!! Won't disappoint!!! read more

Extremely disappointed with the company. Technician who came to my house to measure windows in order to give me an estimate, broke one of them. I was told not to worry and that it would be replaced free of charge. He said a ball park figure to replace 3 small windows would cost anywhere between $600 and $800 and that I would receive the quote within a few days. 3 weeks later I called them and they had no clue who I was. Received an email 1 week later with a quote of $1400. Had an incredible time reaching anyone to discuss the quote. Receptionist didn't seem to know how to direct my calls and didn't speak English. When I finally got a hold of someone, I said that the quote was not within my budget and I didn't feel very confident with their service. The technician was sent to my house again to take measurements for the broken window and reiterated that it would be fixed free of charge. He admitted that I fell through the cracks because they were very busy and that the receptionist was incompetent. I followed up with them a week later to see when the broken window would be fixed and was told by the owner Bill that since I was thinking about replacing the window anyway, he didn't feel that he should have to pay for it. I told him that I was THINKING about replacing the window depending on the price and now it definitely needed to be replaced because Glass Experts BROKE IT. The company feels no sense of responsibility. read more

Dont waste your time! confirmed I would have my ordered ready in a day. took 3 days. When I followed up with them on the 3rd day, they said they couldn't do it for another few days. A simple job that takes over 1week? oh, and they seamed very unorganized not to mention abrupt and rude. read more

Very bad service. Had to call several times just to get someone to show up. After they showed up I was told I would receive an estimate shortly. 5 days later I called and they couldn't find my estimate and were asking me details about the estimator. Save your time and call someone else. read more

I needed two simple glass rectangles, ultra clear, tempered, and I did have a time line as they were due for a class. My first visit in I almost walked out after having to wait for over 15 min for anyone to even acknowledge that I had walked in. Then, when I explained what I wanted the story kept changing on how long it would take to make it, from one week until eventually three weeks. I did eventually manage to place the order because I was not sure I could find any other places since I am new to the area. More than three weeks later they called and told me my order was in. I went to pick it up and again, it took forever for anyone to even acknowledge me. When someone finally did, they were rude and just said I would have to wait. Then they were generally unfriendly throughout the transaction. I have since called other places for future reference, and I discovered that I paid one of the highest rates going. So I paid extra to be treated rudely. I won't make that mistake twice that is for sure. I hope you won't either. read more
