When I arrived, I found out that they are under new ownership, but the new owners have actually worked here for years while it was under the old ownership. My husband and I are a tough sale (we have been to a few different places before), and we are so impressed with the people here: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and energetic. They did such a great job with our baby, and they were so helpful when it came time to choose our package. We will be coming back, and we will be recommending them to friends and family, as well. 1. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they don't try to up-sell you like other studios (like JCPenney). 2. The selection/options were fantastic. They have a ton of backgrounds and props. They were very creative with posing our baby. 3. The shoot is enjoyable. They don't rush you like other studios. They give your baby a lot of personalized attention, and you can tell that they care. 4. They are skilled. Our baby does not have a tremendous range when it comes to facial expressions, but they captured every bit of animation our baby showed.
