Impossible to purchase! In a past few days, I have tried to place an order with Vitkac.com multiple times but every time they email me saying the order is cancelled. I have multiple accounts from different providers and to be clear this is not for credit; this is directly from my debit accounts that are all sufficiently funded. I called them and they have no idea how to process anything, they just say it was declined due to some protection system. So much protection, one cannot buy from them. I tried with 4 different cards - Visa, American Express (Centurion and Platinum) and MasterCard. ALL DECLINED. I also ask a friend to do it for me but HIS CARDS WERE ALSO DECLINED - Hopeless!!! I contacted customer service and they said I should use PayPal but, guess what.... they don't offer PayPal on their website!! Furthermore, I asked "can I pay over the phone", again, this is not possible. It really is IMPOSSIBLE to buy from them. I also suggested I can make a money transfer but they CAN'T secure garments I WANT but they would then have my money - which is indeed what I want to give them for the goods. I have travelled and shopped all over the world and I never had such a BAD customer service experience. It's truly awful and you basically CAN'T BUY anything. Worst experience EVER. read more

Hesitant to buy from them at first due to some bad reviews, but took a chance as there were some really good reviews also. And they had this Ferragamo bag that was already sold out everywhere else, and it was on sale at a good price. After the purchase using PayPal, I got no email confirmation from them, only the confirmation from PayPal. I started to worry, but 2 days later, UPS notified me that my package from them is on the way. Package arrived exactly 1 week after purchase (would have been earlier, but UPS plane broke down). Item was packed very neatly and presentation was excellent. Paperwork neatly presented and box was wrapped in a Vitkac red ribbon. Expectations surpassed. Will not hesitate to purchase again. read more

I live in Los Angeles. CA. Was skeptical about ordering a nike bag from them because it was $29 w/ free UPS shipping. I believe the store is in Poland so I figured there was no way It would be free express shipping. I dont even think there was sales tax. Surprisingly the order came 3 days later, today, on Christmas eve. I was shocked!! The packaging is super nice. Looks real expensive. I love it! read more

Okay so I just was very hesitant to purchase anything on this site because of the mixed reviews. Mostly of people receiving wrong products, unable to speak with customer service and never getting their items. But there was a jacket on Coach that I missed out on to buy for my boyfriend. Coach told me they would not be bringing it back as it was a collaboration. Vitkac had one left, strange it sounded to me, but I took a chance. I did payment through klarna. Products are from a store Poland so I was extra concerned when it said the shipping was free. It also said it would be here in a week. Still nervous, I ordered it. And would you guess it arrived a week exactly, I was able to use a new member discount promo and got it for half the price (it was marked down too since it was the last one) AND it came in a nice sealed jacket holder with a pretty ribbon and a bow. I opened it and it was exactly what I ordered. I am so beyond happy and excited to give him this gift. It's sad that some people didn't get what they wanted, because they are a hidden gem and not getting good reviews. Guess I was lucky! read more

Caveat Emptor! Ordered 4 Moncler items and two were returned. On Vitkac's under "my account" confirms that items were returned, but they never refunded money and never answers the customer service line. You can't hear rings and after one minute of silence, the line gets disconnected. read more

This review is for potential Farfetch buyers. I got a skirt from this store through Farfetch and it was shipped out to me in an awful condition. It arrived damaged with multiple threads coming out of the skirt along the bottom hem. It's even hard to believe they could put a garment in this condition to an envelope. Thankfully, Farfetch stepped in and helped resolved the issue but things like this should never happen in a first place considering Vitkac's price point. read more

I have twice purchased items from this outfit from Farfetch. On both occasions I have been really dissapointed. The first Item was returned and took an age to recover a refund. On this occasion through Farfetch the very expensive boots I purchased box arrived damage. Note the outer but inner shoe box, It had been taped up and torn, thier were hairs on the item. I've made a couple purchases here, I think it depends on the amount of items you order, one or two might not be a problem but large fulfillment of product just isn't happening. Overall though it tends to be a waste of time since if they decide not to bother with your order there isn't a valid way to cancel or refund (the link attached to your email isn't real) and their customer service is non-existent. read more

I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals from Vitkac.com. Originally, I had obtained the same shoes through JimmyChoo.com. They were too big, even after I exchanged them for a one-half smaller size. By that time, JimmyChoo.com was sold out of the next smaller size, and I liked the shoes. Vitkac.com had the shoes in the next smaller size. Since I knew nothing about Vitkac, located in Poland, I contacted customer service at Jimmy Choo. They told me that Vitkac is not a direct buyer from them--meaning that they could not confirm their authenticity--but said that does not necessarily mean the shoes are counterfeit. Doing a bit more research, including on TripAdvisor which had reviews from shoppers at the physical location in Warsaw, I decided to buy the shoes. The purchase and delivery went very smoothly. The shoes appear to be exactly the same as the ones I obtained directly from Jimmy Choo, including the box, cloth shoe bag, and small Jimmy Choo booklet. The exterior packaging was of good quality and included the paperwork needed to return the shoes, which I won't be doing. I love the shoes! read more

The staff in this building do require some extensive training in customer service. As this was my first time here, I carried out an initial reconnaissance of what was on offer. Found some interesting key rings in the Louis Vuitton section of the building where I also tried on a few pairs of lovely sunglasses which frankly most Poles couldn't afford to place a down payment on. At this point in time, it would have been great to ask a few questions, however, there were no staff to be seen anywhere! If I am going to spend that amount of money, I would expect, at the very least, to receive the red carpet treatment and have at least one person hovering over me (but that doesn't mean the security guard whose concern is I may swipe something from the store. Instead, as I came down the staircase to the ground level, I was then greeted by a large number of personnel with the usual cultural exchange of "Dzień Dobry" (meaning Good Day) but most of whom started to evacuate the area in which they were literally gossiping moments before. The entire experience was really quite antagonising as the general impression the staff gave was that they were not there to help: they came across as very alouf and indifferent. One of the female shop assistants then uttered the words "i dowidzenia" in a way as to underline that another client is leaving without having bought a single item from their collection, as I started to leave the shop and had my back turned towards her. However, in all honesty,,did she really believe that with the level of service and attentiveness that I received and given the "overwhelming degree of friendliness" that I could feel perfuse throughout the entire building, that this would literally MAKE ME DESIRE TO REACH OUT FOR MY PLATINUM AMEX to PURCHASE something in there? Overall, there was no WOW experience which ultimately affects the bottom line and makes customers actually want to buy a product. read more
