Long story short, the shop refused to exchange the item. I did not want my money back. I did not want to do business elsewhere. I simply wanted an item mistakenly purchased moments before (still unopened and sealed) to be exchanged for the item my spouse intended to purchase. Given the associate and manager had JUST sold the product to my spouse moments before, it's clear there is no consideration for customer service, particularly for those who have been loyal over the year (proof is in my rewards account history if the shop doubts how much I've spent there). Again Heidi and the doctor are kind people however the help doesn't match the quality. I will be changing doctors or at least not return to this location. I would seriously consider getting ride of Carry or at least not let her answer the phones. She has no telephone educate and is very disrespectful. Mircale lead you need to do better.
