When I called MalCole Jessica was pleasant, extremely informative and answered all my questions. She really pulled me in as a customer when I asked how often I should get IV drips, and she was honest with me. She did not tell me what would help her business but what would help me physically. SOLD!!! On to the appointment... Jessica arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment. I love timeliness. Unfortunately, I was dehydrated ( make sure you are drink water before your appointment) and Jessica allowed me to drink water and let it set in then she was able to find a vein! She was extremely gentle and attentive . Jessica took her time and asked me if i had any questions along the way. The next day Jessica, followed up with me to make sure all was good. Then I asked if she could show me her license or proof, she hesitated again and said she could bring it in if I didn't believe her. I said, you don't have a copy in the building? Any reputable medical office has copies of medical licenses, Christ even nail salons have copies of their techs license. Any positive reviews for this place must be from family and friends. Do NOT trust this business. God know what you will contract or even what they are giving you.

Not a good experience. Was told by the staff who was giving me my infusion, he was not an RN. He…read morementioned "you don't need to be an RN to give IVs. Paramedics do." He couldn't find my vein! The owner lied to me and said they only hire RNs. When I went through their Facebook page they were hiring paramedics and RN's. They only had one employee working. Seemed a bit unsafe. A liability. I wrote a review on their Facebook page. I was blocked, I'm assuming so the review would disappear. That seems a bit shady as well. Not a place I want to do business with.
