I don't very often write reviews, but this experience was worth to talk about. It was the first time that I had such a treatment and I was very nervous to be honest. Well, I didn't need to be. The girls working at Vitalis are very professional and calm. They made me feel relaxed and explained everything that I wanted to know. I felt fantastic after the procedure and have booked in for more (to the joy of my wife and the joke of my friends). read more

Established in 2001.

Our business started in 2001 in Byron Bay, serving the alternative lifestyle community as 'Shanti Village', which we took into the hinterland to Kyogle to open our health retreat. From there we opened our 'Vitalis Health' clinic in Murwillumbah which now serves customer from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay to Coffs Harbour.

Meet the Business Owner: Ela G.

Ela has been working in the field of alternative health since more than 20 years. She was one of the first practitioners in Australia to specialize in internal cleansing and detoxification, at a time when most people thought that 'detox' was for people with drug and alcohol problems. Due to major health issues from birth, Ela developed a keen interest in all areas of alternative health, having researched and studied a wide variety of modalities all over the world. Starting in Germany with nutrition, herbs and naturopathy, her travels later brought her to India to study ayurveda and meditation, Korea to study acupuncture, Brazil to learn about shamanic practices and China to experience Feng-Shui. Once she settled in Australia in 1992 she continued her education and also added Holistic Colon Hydrotherapy (HCHt) and essential oils as an important part of healing to her clinic.
