Each day Robert and his team showed up between 7:30/8 am continued to impress us with their professionalism and meticulous nature. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased! This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. It has been hard to find anyone reliable for jobs here in St Pete and It will be hard to find someone we are this impressed with ! He has set the bar high! On the phone and in person he was friendly my husband and I agreed to hire him after he promised the house especially the driveway will look awesome. I did stressed multiple times the concerned about the crack on the driveway he replied he uses a special seal that will fill in the cracks and would not be noticeable. First day He power washed the landings of the house. then a rep from Sherwin Williams arrived, we picked colors and stressed my concerns. I was so concerned about the driveways new paint peeling. So,the day he returned to prep the house with caulking I asked him why was the crack cover up were so messy and the driveway seal so uneven he started to get sarcastic and started to say if I wanted it perfect to get a new drive way. I was blown away by his behavior which kept getting worse every time I would point out his mistakes or lack of. When I returned He had painted my new gutters and new porch soffits I was not happy. The paint equipment was washed on my lawn looked horrible. Very messy. When he called and said he was done I met him at the house. So,when I arrived to the house and pointed out many many and all the areas that need touch ups. The driveway was awful he painted the top of the driveway way but not the sides he left undone I had asked him to do it right. He left many smudges and got annoyed every time I pointed it out. Now this is a man that came and gave us an estimate and the day we met he was full of promises now we have paint issues and he refuses to fix it. The driveway paint is peeling Sarcastically He offered $200 or would I like for him to come and paint every two months. I said I payed 1200 for the driveway to be painted and called me all kinds of names which was all recorded on my ring. I have text too. This man is totally out if his mind. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional after looking at his work and making him return several time to fix his mess, in which he stated it would be his last time returning, I came to the conclusion he is not a professional at all. Everything he said didn't make sense. so, he offered $1200 for me to hire someone to fix it that he would Zelle it I said I give you 4 days. So, now here is a week later no reply. The remarks he made to me were as a woman were disrespectful and out of character. Every time my husband was not with me he would get out of line. I would not recommend this man at all. He refused to go fix the problem and he also said Sherwin Williams do not offer warranty on the paint (lie). Beware He is very nice in person and over the phone. He is not a professional or very detailed person. He lies to get your project then when there's a problem he is not able to accept criticism. Mr. Sean he calls home self Jimmy Sean from Mexico. I will be taking him to court. For the money he offered and refuses to pay. He also refused to provide an updated receipt from $2400 to $3600. For more work given. Heather and Terri both came out initially to give us an estimate. I asked Heather to come back out to give me some advice/suggestions on colors for our brick home. She did so willingly and worked with me to decide what would look best on our home. She communicated with me regularly to let me know what the timeframe would be for the start (and completion) of our project. It went exactly as planned (despite a day Mike couldn't paint because it rained). He arrived every morning at 7:30 to begin painting. His attention to detail is amazing! They lied nonstop and brought in unlicensed subs. The city issued a stop work order and I had to hire a real licensed contractor to recover the job and pull permits, the project was at a standstill for a month. I fired them half way through the bad paint job and they just walked out on the GC today because of their total lack of organization, skill and ability to finish anything. There is no accountability for anything, it's always someone else's fault. Don't let the name fool you. Bad painters, they're not licensed to remodel. Horrible experience.

In talking with my neighbor about it, I was given a recommendation for Quality Painting. I was told that the owner of the company, Ray, had done some work for my neighbor in the past and he was very pleased with the quality and price. I was quoted me a fair price for the work and once the job was done, it looked like a whole new house. I'll likely be having more work done by them this year. I'll be getting a new roof soon and will want to get the house painted to freshen things up even more. In addition to painting and pressure washing, they also seem to do drywall and carpentry.
