This review is so important because the individual who helped me (I believe his name was Mark) actually talked himself out of $3500. I had to wait around to try & get my man out when I received a call from Mark (who was monitoring his situation) & I found out that my husband was charged with total crazyness & a $35,000 bail. Do not call them!!! I called and spoke to a man named Shane he was very very rude... Told me how would i know...or be able To help you. When i got a voicemail from this company this am.. He was very rude and lazy wouldn't even look up anything... Informed me he works 12 hr days and they only helped females today... Customer service is key.. No need for someone to talk to me like that.. I will be calling back and speaking to his boss... My friend got arrested in Carlsbad he called Vista bail bonds to bail him out....sounds good so far right. He needed $2000.00 down payment to get bailed out....that's where I come into the picture. I go down there 7 am to pay the 2k I give th the money and then the owner gives me papers to sign... so I ask what is it that I'm signing if I'm just dropping off cash. Never was I told that my friend needed a cosigner or that I was signing paper work to be a cosigner...I never would of agreed to this had I known. Tell people what they are signing.Now that my friend is having a little trouble with the payments they called me to say if he doesn't pay I have to. This is very shady way to do business you don't have to lie and cheat people especially when they are going though a tough time. Don't act like your on somebody side and then try and get over on them. People will realize what they are dealing with....fake. I noticed the office stunk of cigarette smoke. .I thought it was illegal to some indoor in a public business...I could be wrong. Smelled as if its been going on for years. Use a different bail bonds there are many online and in the phone book. hope this doesn't happen to you. read more

Unfortunately I was in a position of needing to use a bail bondsman to get a friend out of jail and found Vista Bail Bonds on Yelp. I had an incredibly wonderful experience in what should have been an incredibly stressful time. Paul was nothing but kind and helpful, and walked me through the process step-by-step. Amazing customer service and I never once felt like he wasn't genuinely invested in helping me out. He had a sense of urgency and really made me feel like he was going to do everything to get my friend out as fast as possible. I was arrested last year for some silly argument that My husband and I had. My husband didn't want to continue with our argument, he called police for "domestic violence". He thought they would show up and tell me to leave him alone and take off. (He says that he saw that on many movies he watched.) However, if "domestic violence" was called, CA law mandates that Police takes in one of us. My husband told them to arrest him then, but they took me in since it was my husband who called. It was the most terrifying experience I ever had in my life and I would like to erase it out of my memory. One positive thing I had through this terrible experience, and it is worth mentioning to people, was the professional and kind advice and services that we received from the Vista Bail Bonds. They were very understanding and provide us with the solution immediately. You think anything like this could not happen to you, but it can.
