Hieu completely surprised me the first day he cleaned my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable about the balance and chemistry of pool water (sounded like a chem professor) and he was confident that he will get my pool to finally sparkle. And he did exactly that. For the past 8 years I've heard all those Bull Sh*%# responses from my previous pool guys when I ask them why my pool water and pool flooring never looks clean even minutes after they service the pool. Pure laziness is the true answer. Hieu and his team would brush and clean the sides of the pool and spa very throughly. They do thorough skimming, cleaning and vacuuming. I no longer see green/algae at the corners. I no longer see that layer of debris on the surface. The steps look great! Every corner of my pool and spa looks clean! The water sparkles! Here are before and after photos. The first photo is how my pool used to look every day even moments after a pool service. The 2nd photo shows how the pool looks 3+ days after Hieu and team had cleaned it. You will not find a better and more honest guy than Hieu to maintain your pool. But than hey damaged my downspouts on the side of my home, created conditions on the side of my home that my mother who's 84 almost had an accident. We advised them about it but they were doing the same things. Than he decided to pass me on to a friend of his for service without consulting me. After he quit he demanded to pay him $140 for service he never performed. For the last six months I'm constantly bombarded with threats to pay or they will put me on collection. I only asked for proof of service for the charges. He's not providing it. My husband has been taking care of our pool cleaning for almost 2 years has been able to keep it…read moreclean and clear since he's been doing it but since he had gotten super swamped at work. It had gotten hard for him to keep up with the pool. After it being windy and rainy our pool gathered a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool and for some reason our vacuum wasn't picking up. So with memorial weekend coming up we decided to hire someone to clean our pool very last min. Which Carlos was able to come out the next day and at the time seemed very knowledgeable. So we hired him. The pool came out clean and he has came every week until he missed a week without notifying us he wouldn't be available to clean the pool. That week that he missed our pool started to gather algy. I contacted Carlos to see if he was still going to be cleaning our pool since it's started to turn green from the week he missed. However if he had been coming weekly to clean our pool. There is no reason why our pool should be turning green with one week missed. He mentioned that he would be coming the following week and that his wife was supposed to be emailing us or have contacted us to let us know he wasn't working that week but we never got a word from either party. At this point I was just really frustrated cause 4th of July was the following week and our pool started turning green and if he had planned to take the week off he should of prepared with the upcoming holiday. He ended up cleaning our pool 7/2/18 and added chlorine and acid to help with the green. However our pool should of been shocked but it wasn't. Also our pool was still green and super foggy so I contacted him that night to find out if our pool was gonna clear up before the holiday and he mentioned he would return the next day to follow up. Which he did return. He did some more cleaning, checked if the filter and everything was running correctly. My husband cleaned the filters that night to make sure it wasn't the problem for our pool not getting clean. Next day comes 4th of July our pool is still foggy greenish and we aren't able to use the pool since I wouldn't let the kids in with it looking the way it was. Comes a few days later our pool is officially green as it would be. 1 week missed and a day of pouring chlorine and acids just made our pool worse and green! I contacted him to let him know that we weren't gonna be using him anymore and my husband would be going back to cleaning the pool. There is no reason our pool should of turned green. The filters are clean. It's shooting water correctly even tho he mentioned it was shooting everything back when he cleaned but we never had a problem with our pool before hiring him on. Our water level was never up and he would never turn it on to fill the pool either. I have cameras in our backyard and noticed that he would only do a 20-30 min cleaning when our old pool guy would take an hour along with husbands cleaning. It doesn't take 20-30min to clean a pool. My husband took a sample of the water to Leslie's to find out what he needs to do to get our pool back to normal and when they checked our levels they said our pool had no chlorine and our levels were completely off. My husband is now in the process of getting our pool back to normal. Which just sucks cause we are going through a heat wave and all our kids want to do is go into our pool.
