We had tried traditional 50-minute weekly couples therapy in the past, but it felt like we spent the first 20 minutes getting caught up and the last 10 wrapping up, without ever getting to the root of our issues. We needed real help, fast. We found Michelle Shahbazyan and booked an intensive couples coaching session (her extended deep-dive session). It was hands down the best investment we have ever made in our relationship. I had seen her for some personal work many years ago and was so glad to have connected with her again for this new issue. Instead of just sitting back and taking notes, Michelle is direct, empathetic, and extremely solution-focused. Having that uninterrupted block of time during the intensive allowed us to finally tear down the communication walls, stop the endless cycle of arguing, and figure out what was actually going wrong in our marriage. If you are searching for a marriage coach or relationship counselor who actually gives you real-life, actionable tools rather than just generic advice, call Michelle. She completely shifted our perspective and gave us a clear path forward. We left our session feeling lighter, reconnected, and hopeful for the first time in years. Highly recommend her to any couple needing a true breakthrough!

I contacted Michelle and she said that my wife is very guarded about her issues and the likelihood is that she doesn't want to work on herself. Michelle was correct. In hindsight I regret we agreed to such a long initial session. I think we should have limited our initial session to an hour or two. It could have flushed out my wife's lack of willingness and commitment to counseling and saved us an enormous amount of money with no positive result.

After struggling with chronic knee pain for years--trying everything from physical therapy to medications and even other alternative therapies--I finally found true and lasting relief through Reiki with her. From the very beginning, Ally created a space that felt safe, sacred, and full of compassion. Her intuitive wisdom, grounded presence, and deep understanding of energy work helped me feel truly seen and supported. Not only did my pain ease significantly, something I had begun to think wasn't possible, but I also experienced profound emotional and spiritual healing. Ally didn't just help me heal, she inspired me to become a healer myself. Because of her, I chose to attend her Reiki training course, and it completely transformed my life. I now use Reiki in my own work as an art and meditation coaching therapist, helping my clients reconnect to their bodies, release emotional blocks, and turn their pain into beauty and self-expression. Ally's teachings are a gift that keep unfolding. She empowered me with the tools to continue healing and to share that healing with others. Her presence, her light, and her wisdom are truly extraordinary. If you are in pain, feeling disconnected, or searching for deeper healing, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ally. She is a true master, gentle, powerful, and deeply aligned with her purpose. Forever Grateful

If there's one thing that I learned through Becky's coaching it was how to reclaim my purpose. When…read moreI first started working with Becky I was flailing. I felt lost, unlovable, and disconnected to my inner power. My thoughts were more negative than positive, and my depression was turning me into a self-absorbed mess. Straight away, Becky was able to sift through the muck and envision a path for me that I never knew existed. What I love about Becky's approach is that she gives actionable steps that yield long lasting results. Whether it is journaling, doing an act of kindness for your neighbor, or (for me) starting a business, these actions allow you to get out of your own mind, think about how to connect with the world at large, and use your unique strengths to serve and heal others. Through the process of building my business, I learned how to harness my clarity and creativity. I learned that the only option I had was to flip my negative thoughts into positive actions and lean into the present moment of uncertainty. I started to reach for the stars and open my mind up to possibilities. I started to believe that I had a special role in this life and that I could, in fact, make a difference. I began to feel the Earth under my feet and could finally feel grounded in my choices. AND THE COOLEST PART was when I learned that this is the key to... well, life. Life is uncertain. But as long as you continue moving with intention and purpose, the outside noise begins to quiet down, and the road ahead can start to feel exciting and not scary. I think this is what Becky was trying to teach me the whole time :) But that's the great thing about Becky - she lets you answer the big questions all on your own. I highly recommend Becky to anyone who feels like they have hit rock bottom. Working with Becky can be tough. She has a powerful energy and is not afraid to strip you down to your core, often leaving you feeling raw and vulnerable. But she does so through love. She has a special way of reminding you that you are the priority of your own life and that happiness is a choice. I love Becky with my whole heart and cannot thank her enough for the progress I've made this past year. Because of Becky I have evolved from an aimless girl to an assured woman.
