I was given an estimate by Johnathan about 4 weeks ago, and the fence was installed last week. I…read morewanted a privacy fence, however, I'm not a big fan of the usual privacy fences. Also, the typical privacy fence has very thin slats that create the privacy. I was quoted $6,000 for the fence, and thought that was a bit pricy, but *hopefully* I'll get what I paid for. I've had other fences built in the past, but they were chain link, which is a much cheaper option. Also, Johnathan mentioned a horizontal privacy fence which I didn't know existed. I liked the look, and felt mostly better about having a privacy fence. I still wasn't thrilled about the cheap slats that are used. Well, I never asked what materials they use, because I was aware of what all privacy fences look like (obviously I'm not). Johnathan and his crew didn't build me a fence. They built me a freaking vertical deck. The slats used were 1x6's! That's what you use on a deck. The fence is exceptionally sturdy (with 1x6's, I'd expect nothing less), and I've already gotten many compliments from neighbors about it. I wish the folks in my neighborhood would take down their fences and have All Star fence do it. Johnathan was a pleasure to do business with. He was always prompt, professional, and helpful. He never once told me what I was doing. He asked me what I wanted and how I wanted it. If I wasn't sure, he gave me options without making me feel like I was stupid. His crew are amazing. Very respectful, very very hard working. There wasn't one time I saw them joking around/not working. And these guys are Craftsmen. Wow! What's interesting is when they were done, they walked is around to see the work. He was very proud of his work. I don't see that too often. But he was proud and you can tell they take pride in their work. So, I spent $6,000. Did I get my money's worth? Absolutely not. I got much much more! Thank y'all very much!

I highly recommend Rob Smith and Robaj. My spouse and I moved from the city to a remote house in…read morethe beautiful Smokey Mountains in July with having part of our land fenced as a top priority. We were very concerned that our city dogs wouldn't understand the neighborhood bears didn't want to play. Rob was recommended by our realtor for his quality of work and honest estimates. Rob began working with us prior to the closing of the house so we would be able to get the project moving as soon after our closing day as possible. As he was very familiar with the terrain, we were able to collaborate with Rob in designing a fence that would work both practically and aesthetically while still living over 400 miles away. It gave us such peace of mind to know we wouldn't have to contest with that decision amidst all of the other decisions that come with moving into a new house. Rob was able to come to our house very shortly after we moved in and provided us with an estimate that coincided what we had thought the project should cost. Within a couple weeks of closing, Rob was at our house installing a beautiful fence. If you recall, July 2017's weather was less than conducive to working outdoors. However, the rain and oppressive heat/ humidity didn't slow down nor delay Rob one bit. He, remarkably, finished on time and 100% on budget! While being on time and on budget is more than enough to keep us happy, what really set Rob apart from the crowd was his additional love and attention to our two dogs, who sat on our deck "supervising" Rob's every move. By the 3rd day, our pups would jump up and run to the deck, tails wagging, when they heard Rob's truck coming up the drive. Watching Rob interact with the doggos gave me confidence that he understood how important it was to keep them safe and that his work would reflect that concern. We will use Rob and Robaj again should the need arise and would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat.

He threw fencing at a contractors dog while working here witnessed by several people. He built our fence 2-10 inches off the ground- why have a fence? He was paid 10k for the work and refused to fixed it. He had so many terrible reviews on Facebook he removed them all. His other reviews are from his buddies. This guy is nothing but an unprofessional liability who will not man up and take any level of accountability. He is not safe to have around a home with pets or kids. We wish we knew how incompetent he was, but it is our fault for trusting him. He claimed he made 27k last year, which means we were one of his only clients or that he is a flat out liar, neither one which you would want working for you.

We had issues with the work quality done and were not received well when addressing this with the owner. They put up faulty material and when brought to their attention, did not offer to correct it, leaving us to do the work (Lowes agreed that the material was wrongly made, so it is not us being picky). The gates were not done well but they did come to correct them once we addressed it with them. I will say the fence is very straight and was put up in 2 days which was nice.
