As this is more than a gym because there are a lot of athletics that train here there is a running track, and high jump inside the sports hall and outside, a additional separate weights room and a long jump area inside the centre, there is a dance studio upstairs where most of their exercise classes are held which ranges from body pump to Zumba to yoga! There's a class for everyone at what ever exercise level you are! The gym staff are very helpful! If there was an award for the top members of staff, this would go to Craig! He introduces himself to new members , he creates exercise plans for you and advises best ways to take your training further, and he will follow up with you to see if you need any additional help or just additional motivation! The gym has a lot if potential of updating the changing rooms and updating the air con machine but as I said before it does have everything you need to have a good training session. There is also a cafe upstairs and a crèche / kids playing area, and they do cater for birthday parties !

My personal trainer created a great program that perfectly suits my body's characteristics and would boast the best results in the shortest period of time. The activity I enjoy the most is the aquaerobics followed by a deep tissue massage. The facility and the equipment are state of the art and the membership deals are quite affordable to anyone. A truly great place to work out.

I had been a client for over an year when they closed out that branch and offered for us to…read moretransfer out membership to another branch. I mistakenly chose the next nearest branch located in Wimbledon where they claim to be a tier 1 location but offer little to none of the quality of services the previous branch did. Staff have been arrogant and rude from the start and even though I was moved from another branch they raised the price of my membership. They do not offer parking, have reduced space for the amount of people they allow in, no jacuzzi facilities and poor customer service. But they justify the raise in price by the location. I had tried to appeal to cancel this membership giving the situation that I was uncomfortable with the new service I experienced but still forced to pay another month. Raised a complaint but no reply was given. This place is a joke in my opinion robbing you of your hard earned money. Do not join!

I know it is almost in the middle of nowhere which is a great thing if you are constantly running around London and stuck in an office for hours sat on your desk. This place seemed like a little get away and has activities from golf to the newly built health centre. The staff were great and helpful, much nicer than the moody London workers which is very refreshing. We had arrived thirty minutes before our check in and because they had to make sure the room was ready, we were welcomed with complimentary tea or coffee. Once our room was ready, we were ushered up the stairs and into the new corridor they just built. The lady to us that they have been doing some expansion and the room we were staying at was brand new! As we walked in, we were hit by the smell of paint but that's not something I would mark them down for in stars because as she said, it is new. The room however was magnificent for a country house hotel. The interior were perfectly matched to the theme of the room which was light and colour (did I just make up that theme?). There were a lot more complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even biscuits in the room. More than one would get at a Radisson Blue ! The bathroom was really nice; we had a shower and a bath (and sink and toilet of course). The only downside which I will not have them lose a star for is the creaking of the stair cases and the loud sound made by the windows in attempt to shut them. The latter they can do something about with I mentioned at check out but the age of the building can't be as it is an old building and old buildings make noises! I would recommend this place as a (cute) little getaway if you are a fan of peace and quiet and of course, golf! (I don't play golf but I love peace and quiet!) Happy holidays!
