This is a very unorganized and uncommunicative, judge a book by it's cover company. They tell you one thing and do another. since the first day my mom and sister showed up to get help looking for a job the recruiter Jessica Banda on 4248 S. New Braunfels San Antonio TX has beed very rude and hard with my mom. Right off the bat she assumed my mom had a workers permit and assumed she didn't speak or understood English. reason being my mom not speaking was because my sister was there and this lady was only referring to her while there. after getting hired she asked for their bank info since June 4 via txt and they both sent it to her and she only did my sisters bank info therefore my mom didn't get paid through her bank. I show up to pick up her check at this office and ask why her pay isn't going through to her bank. They say they don't do it like that anymore that she has to fill out a form. Which i tell them they did my sisters through txt they both sent the information therefore same day. So the nice man checks and this other lady says she didn't sign the form. Which my sister never signed a form herself. They need better treating staff. They take advantage just because the people that are going through them need help finding a job therefore that's why a lot of people take their bullshit. read more

When you join VIP staffing you are signing up to become a puppet on a string unknowingly. you are simply temporary and nothing more. you do have the option to become full time but that is up to them if they want to hire you at all so do no get you hopes up at all. after you sign up they send you out to a company that is probably going to be of a long distance with a street name and address you probably never heard of before that day that you must to get to or they will fire you. do not forget to brush your teeth and take a bath. I have smelled it all and it was not because I wanted to and I did not ask for it. I do not appreciate having to go through all that and I have nothing to show for it. it was really nothing worth bragging about. always have some type of strong perfume or something strong because you will need it sooner or later when you feel like throwing up your stomach. so you better go out of your way to make friends when you get there or call someone also who actually cares about you to drive you to where it is they assign you. they will not tell you ahead or time or at all until that moment they announce it to everyone else at the job you applied for that you may need to travel to another location to complete an expected task that has been assigned to you out of nowhere. they will give you temporary work but ultimately it is more trouble than it is worth just for a paycheck once a week or every two weeks. also make sure that you never forget to always have some cash on you at all times in the break room if you can because the company itself does not cater food out to its own employees during lunch breaks. you might be able to bum some food off someone if they are nice enough to give you something to eat to save yourself some money but do not expect everyday to be like that. you can either go out to a restaurant within your break time limit or just buy something from the vending machine. They will not give you every test that you need while you are there so that you only get certified with one process to keep you from making more money with absolutely no real intention of a raise and a promotion also they do not provide you with no real benefits as a temporary employee. also they snitches who hide in plain sight lurking around looking for any excuse to get you fired. the enemy will attack you from all sides and have no pity or remorse about getting you fired if you tell the wrong person that you hate your job. They love telling that you that one day you could work your way up to the top and get a test to make more money but you never will. They advertise positions that are not available. They recently were allowed to increase everyone's pay range and instead of giving everyone an average of what your skill demands for the area they will low ball you and start everyone at the bottom just so they could stay rich and live the good life for as long as possible. they also have those people who love ego tripping on their beloved job position and being a snobby ignorant arrogant stubborn and naive a$$holes about it all. they love showing off just to make themselves feel better. at first you probably will not mind but just wait a little longer and you will want to eventually punch them in the face over it. People that have been working for over 10 years get paid the same as some that have only been there for a couple of months. Everyone back-stabs trying to get a leg up. Fighting for peanuts. They will try to draw you in with "great" benifits, believe me they aren't worth waiting for. If you have any sense or skill stay away. Liars from top to bottom. they are all much over due for being sent to hell already for their bull $hit lies. stay away from here. also they will mail you your pre-paid debit card with bank account lined specifically to it. as far as I know the first card is just a promotional card they send to everyone in the mail. the first card you receive is not connected to your bank account from your job. it is just a simple empty pre-paid card you can load and reload with money you already have and use it with whatever business excepts it. when the second card comes in the mail that will need to be activated either online or by phone and the full payment will be deposited as soon as possible. never give them your own personal bank account information because you cannot trust them for absolutely anything. read more

The person I interacted with asked me for my IDme account (which I provided) along with my email address. The next thing I knew I received an email that the email I sent them had been changed along with it being changed in my SSA account. I would stay as far away deom them as possible! When I asked why they changed my email address, I was told because the company needed to ID me and they had to change it from my personal email address which is a gmail account to a hotmail account with my same identifying email name.
