If I could give zero stars I would because they never showed. Imagine this... You and 39 of your friends booked a bus to take you out to a boat you booked on the Fourth of July. They call you at the time they were supposed to pick you guys up and say they don't have the keys. (Seriously no spare key!). They then say they have a "mechanic" who will get the bus started so we wait around for hour on the side of the road. After an hour and a half they never show up. Thus forcing 40 people to miss out on what could have been the most epic fourth of July. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after promising a ride home they never called back. They are terrible. NEVER USE THEM!! Unless you want to be stranded. read more

VIP called at the time they were supposed to pick us up and said they didn't have the keys to the bus. After waiting an hour for them to try and start it by hotwiring their own vehicle (REAL professional), they told us that our ride just "wasn't going to happen." They apologized, but what good does that do when you have 40 people that need to get to a boat an hour away (and who have been drinking like they're not going to have to drive)? While I understand that people make mistakes, this was one that was unforgivable and I would NEVER recommend that anyone use them for an important event, because, what if they just don't show and leave your group stranded too? read more

We booked VIP party bus for a birthday trip to the river, and I made the huge mistake of booking it for the wrong month! Richie was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip and was so flexible to make sure we could go on the day we wanted! The bus was so much fun and everyone had an amazing time! Don't listen to the previous reviews because VIP party but was right on time and made everything super easy! Next time we want to use a party bus we will definitely use VIP! Absolutely no complaints! I would definitely recommend VIP to friends and family or Anyone else! read more

Richie worked with me on every aspect of the evening from the type of bus we needed, logistics, music and everything else.
