They were hired by our neighbour in early November to clean their gutters. Rather than ask permission to use our property for better access to the job, the employee entered without approval and destroyed our gate. I had seen the gate upright a day or two before and we hadn't used it between seeing it functional and seeing it destroyed on the ground. It wasn't in the best shape but was functional. Had the employee asked for permission to access our property, I could have warned him about the gate. Regardless of the condition of the gate, he used our property without our approval. I phoned the office as soon as I noticed the broken gate on the ground two days after the work. After a month of trying to contact the manager Greg (he claims he called me back but he certainly didn't leave a message), I finally was able to reach him. Despite being a previous client, he essentially told me there was no way his crew broke our gate and that I was a liar ("Do you know how many people try and take advantage of me" were more or less his words). He tried to excuse his lack of effort in resolving this issue or calling me back as he was sick or on vacation (why he doesn't have a backup when he's away is beyond me but doesn't speak well to their business structure). He also claimed that my neighbour gave him permission to use our property - something our neighbour vehemently denies. The bottom line is that this company treated a previous client with contempt, entered our property without our permission and destroyed our gate. I am out $200 to replace the gate, not to mention the time it took to build a new one. I suggest you think twice about hiring this unscrupulous business.

I know those kind of people. The problem is... I paid almost $600 for exterior WINDOW cleaning and gutters. And NONE of those 2 services were done properly. It was the worse $600 spent. The first person who came to my house to do the service arrived pretty late in the day... I thought they had forgotten about me. Clearly a lack of a well planned schedule by whoever schedules that for them. Second of all, when I pay for a WINDOW cleaning, I don't expect the service to be limited to GLASS only. The service was done glass only, poorly cleaned. I could totally do that myself. I still see dripping marks on a few windows from the soap and dirty water and all the frames were left as is. The means moss everywhere on the skylight frame and lots of thick dust on a few glass doors from a reno that we had this past winter. The gutters were still pretty dirty too. I wasn't going to complain when I saw the marks on the glass and the moss, but when I saw the dirty gutters, that really made me upset. They sent someone else to fix the problem, and guess what? I did not any change on the moss and the person left without even checking with me the issue was addressed. I haven't checked the gutters yet, but we didn't hear any activity on the roof. He told me he would check the entire roof. Anyways, so after this second time, I emailed the office expressing my disappointment with the service and never got a reply back to apologize. Do not trust in Google reviews. All the reviews here seems to be very accurate with my experience and doesn't seem they treat their employees with decency.
