Was contacted almost 2 hours late, and unfortunately vehicle was no longer available due to no response from text sent inquiring about status of arrival for repairs. Reset date and time. If you want substandard quality with a fly by night guy who will screw you out of a buck this is fast talkin' shyster Dave. He pulled the dent and jacked the perfect tail light housing on the rear of my Suburban with the rod he stuck in which tore the metal. He didn't smooth out the dent fully either and left a high spot that sticks out like a sore thumb along with another area he didn't sand down. His process was get the bigger part of the dent out and slap a bunch of body mud on it, hit it with a random orbital sander with 80 grit then use 300 grit rather than block sanding smooth. It's as wavy as the ocean and oh ya it gets better. Next he'll throw spot putty on the entire slab of mud, skip the primer and hit it with a single stage color that is far from a near match with a satin rattle can finish. Then he hits it with Dupli-color rattle can semi gloss clear only if you want it because he sells it as a bonus for free. Then he'll ask for payment from Venmo or Zelle only and not a credit or debit card, obviously because he's probably had transactions reversed from the grift. Finally he shaves $100 off if you pay him in cash which is what I had to do to get rid of him. Don't be the fool like me, I'm into this clown for $500 and now will have to pay a real body shop to fix his f-up crappy work for at least $1K. Run... read more

I decided to try again and shop around by getting quotes on yelp and found Dave! His team was super responsive, I messaged him at around 10 and got a reply almost immediately with an amazing price. He got to my house by 2 and got to work immediately after describing what he was going to do. BEWARE of David Cooper (aka Sunny)!! I certainly have a lot to say about this experience, but I'll sum it up the best I can. Showed up late, ran out of daylight (rushed job), ran out of basic supplies like painters tape and had to run to the local auto part store (although you would assume he did not run out to get more tape by the finished result), let me call him Sunny the entire time (the name of the person on Yelp with the title of owner/operator) until I went to make payment in the dark sky (against my better judgement) and he said he name is David Cooper. This guy is one of the lowest life forms I've ever come across. Fast talking, reassuring hustler only out for a quick buck with ZERO customer service skills. Save your money and don't get burned like I did. Def don't expect any warranty or customer service skills for this clown. I can go on and on about this horrendous business transaction, but I'll let the pictures I took the next morning speak for themselves. It's been two weeks and I've made every attempt to accommodate his schedule to complete the job. I even offered more $$ and to drive to him. Nothing but empty promises. He had the nerve to offer a $300 refund (I paid $600) - All BS. He'll tell you what you want to hear, but use your better judgement. Avoid this guy at all cost! Scheduled him to come at 4pm. Out of nowhere he calls and says he's on his way at 11am. Went on to accommodate and saw him at 12pm. Big talker. Says he'll get all dents out and repaint, make sure I was fully satisfied. I doubt he's been doing this long. First off, instead of removing door panels to knock dents out, he drilled through my side door to fit his tool in. (Pictures attached) He then said he will go to buy paint and be back in an hour. 3 hours later he comes back with a terrible attitude. A portion of the dent he said was unfixable. Not what he said from the beginning. He only added that in at the end. (Pictures attached) Still wanted a payment even with the shotty job he did. He left a huge dent still.
