Susan, the proprietor, was just the loveliest lady and a gracious host! Me and my friend felt welcomed by her and she helped us find what we were looking for. My friend is redecorating her house and wanted mid-century items and Susan was just a rock star, running around finding things she'd be interested in. She finally found a set of pastel 1950s dinner plates that were just perfect! They were almost 400.00 for the whole set, but was willing to hear my friend's counter-offer. So I went to Walterboro today on a little adventure. Antiquing. Need to mention a horrible…read moreexperience I had with a Lady that owns Watercolors. She said her name is Jo Anne. She acted like I did not have a cent to my name and treated me very rudely when I asked for a little discount off a pair of lamps that were obviously overpriced form the start. She wanted 150.00 for the lamps I asked if she would take 125.00. You would have thought I had asked to get them for free. Wow , she became rude and ugly towards me and threatens that if I did not get out of her store she would call the cops. Needless to say I will not be back . Please do not go here. From her Facebook page she is trying to either sell the business or lease the business. Now I know why. Please don't go there. What a ripp off.
