As with all Vinmonopolet's (literally translated as 'Wine Monopoly') in Norway, this one has a very good selection of wines from all over the world. The liquor stores in Norway are controlled by the government, so they buy in bulk and distribute all over the country. Be aware of the opening hours, closes at 3pm on Saturdays. However this is the same for all of them in Norway. However if you get stuck and want beer on a Saturday, go to the Rema 1000 and you can buy them there up until 6pm. read more
