I talked to a polite professional lady over the phone and during the call she listened to my problem and made me feel like she was concerned and wanted to help me. When he asked me questions and I offered an answer he would rudely reply with "that's not the question I asked". I found him very cold, discourteous and condescending. After I paid $180 for 20 minutes of his time I went home to do more research online and found conflicting information against what he advised me so I called the next day to get some clarification. He would not take my call and instead spoke through his secretary who told me I would have to pay for another consultation to get the answers I wanted.
