AKA Town & Country Cleaners…read more Terrible! I went to drop off dress shirts on a Friday that I needed for an important Monday meeting. I told the proprietor that info. and pointed out the dirty collars. He told me they don't just clean them, they scrub them also. Sounded good to me. I went to pick them up on Saturday afternoon and the collars were as dirty as if they hadn't done anything! I pointed it out and the same guy from Friday told me that they can't always get that kind of thing clean. I guess that information wasn't important to tell me when I dropped them off. He didn't care. His wife said that they could try again and they could tell their cleaning woman that it's my first time at the store so she should try extra hard. What???? It had been my first time anyway. Does this mean once you are a repeat customer they care even less??! They refused to refund me for not getting the shirts clean. $6 it would have been! I told them I would post this on local review sites and they just didn't care. Bad business, don't go there!
