After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

Angela took great care of us every step of the way, from making sure the baby is comfortable during the naked baby pictures, to making sure mom and dad look ready and stress-free for the family pictures. She was just snapping pictures without giving any direction at all no adjustments, no help fixing poses, no guidance with my kids, nothing. I had to keep stopping the session myself to fix my children because she couldn't be bothered to say anything and just kept taking bad shots. What made it worse is that when it came time to choose photos, I truly feel like she intentionally selected the worst possible ones when I know there were much better options taken during the session. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and just a wonderful team to cover everything at our wedding. It worked out really well because Dipan was with the groomsmen as they were getting ready while Carissa was with us (the bride + bridesmaids), so that even though we had less than an hour for getting ready shots, they managed to get everything we needed. We had gotten married at Wayfarers, and if anyone knows about that venue, it is that the chapel has a lot of rules/time limits. Dipan is one of their recommended vendors, so we were grateful that he knew the rules well and knew exactly when/where to take the pictures so that we wouldn't miss a thing. Dipan was also great in telling us how to pose since we asked for + needed a lot of direction. He also has a very calming presence so that we didn't feel stressed or nervous while posing. All the photos turned out AMAZING and we really could not recognize ourselves because the photos were just so good and beautiful.
