He was friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt a hint of "used car salesman". He was trying to sell me on a procedure that was a bit out of my price range. I understand that's because the more expensive procedure may have had better results? (I can't say for sure though, which is the only reason I deducted one star!) Though it smelled sort of like he ate Limburger cheese for breakfast, he created a good rapport. I dealt more with Michelle. She was so nice! I could tell that she had my best interests at heart and cared about me as a patient! The office was clean and organized. There was a good feeling of privacy all of the times I went there. Their prices were similar to the others in the area doing the same procedures.

So I booked my appointment for my facial for my daughter and I. It was my first time there and saw…read morethat the pricing was $60 for the service. NO ONE explained the price difference to me on member non member pricing so I fully expected to pay $120 for both of us and paid double that. I was using a gift card that was bought for me to even try it out!! It was enough to cover the full amount. Sure my facial was great but after the price difference I come away thinking about how terrible the whole experience was. Great stress relief? I called and spoke to the manager on duty who simply repeated the pricing to me and said there was nothing she could do. Wrong 100%. She doesn't care about her customer because I came away with stress which I'm pretty sure Massage Envy would like to pride themselves on people feeling stress free after their experience!!!! I feel there is something they could do to help me after the fact like a refund on 1/2 of what I paid.

From appointment one I had felt at ease and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and gave his honest opinion. When he could've told me something to make the surgery that I got more costly he took me another direction. He's not looking for your money, he's looking to make you feel beautiful. And he did just that. From surgery day to now, the last appointment I had. Truly amazing. I'll be recommending him for everything and going back for anything else I decide to get cosmetically done.

I was hopeful with all of these positive reviews but unfortunately I had a very disappointing…read moreexperience here. My mother and I both got the essence of sole treatments and there were a few weird things. The ambiance of the place feels suffocating. The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.

Instead of the link being sent to me we see that they have my number down as a 313 area code instead of a 312 area code. Dumb mistake, but you don't compound the mistake by canceling the appointment. So I had been waiting all week for the massage because I had some pretty bad neck pain and so now I am sitting outside writing my review. The woman at the front is a rather young girl who did not know how to really handle the situation and all she says is "well I can book you for Saturday or Friday. Opps no, Saturday is filled sorry.
