He gave me a quote "on the spot" with no written/drawn design/sketch. However, after I told him what I wanted, he assured me I would be happy with the final product. His quote was 1/2 the price of one I had received from another competitor. I took a chance with no written quote (just a verbal/agreed-upon quote). Mayo and his crew worked hard for days (It was a big job!) and gave me the front yard landscaping I had been expecting. He was honest, his design was professional, and the plants are beautiful. His flyer stated he accepted credit cards; but he told me he only accepted a check. That was really my only complaint, as I prefer to use credit cards for extra protection if I'm not happy with the product/services. Nevertheless, I would recommend Mayo's. His flyer states "100% satisfaction guaranteed," and that he offers: grass installation, moss rock and soil, fences, tree removal, flower bed clean-up and design and irrigation system and repair.
