I moved in 2-2-24 I have been bitten by bugs every night. I looked on line for bugs that bite at…read morenight. I showed bed bugs, spiders and mosquitos. I spoke to the property manager. The property manager brought in an externinator he checked the sofa, love seat and mattress & box spring. He did not inspect anything else in the apartment. He stated he did not find bed bugs. When I showed him my arm and asked any idea what type of bites these are, he responded no. I showed numerous photos to the property manager and she basically ignored me. I I did text a photo to the property manager several weeks later, she told me to hire an exterminator (4-24 or25.) I also showed her photos of an airborne substance in my apartment that was breaking down into dust. She said it was lint and that I kept my windows open and that I used Lysol Laundry Sanitizer when washing my clothes. She offered to come to my apartment. I told her I had just cleaned and asked her to wait a few days. She never called. (In the response by the president of the management of the real estate management company see below, they are hanging their hat on I said no because I had just cleaned my apartment.) I then called the Beloit Health Department they referred me to Community Development. I left several voice mails, After 3 weeks I reached a person live time. I was told she assigned the case weeks ago to an inspector and she provided with her number. I called, never heard from her. . Called her supervisor never heard from him. A few days later the property manager waved me into her office and told me, the inspector contacted her! Talk about the fox watching the chicken coup! At this point I told 2 tenants that I knew were friendly with the apartment manager about the condition of my apartment As a result I received a letter from the corporate office manager dated 5-15-24 stating intent to evict for loud and boisterous behavior .I have to correct an error that I made and just realized as I am typing this review. I have been referring to the local inspectors as DHS Inspectors, however no one corrected me. I reached out to reached to the Governors Office. His representative referred me to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Additionally I contacted the Secretary of Department of Health Services on 5-10-24. I was connected to a executive staff assistant. She requested I send photographs. I did. As of 5-30 I still had not received a response. I sent an email and asked why. Her response, they tried to contact me and left me a voice mail, not true, and referred the matter to the Rock County Health Department. ATCP responded and forwarded my complaint to the real estate management company. The president of the company responded. His response contained several mis- statements. Again, I contacted ATCP. The president, again responded. He offered to allow me to terminate my lease effective 6-30 with notification and refund my security deposit. I submitted my notice 5-31-24. The dust lands on my skin and burns 24/7. it accumulates on bedding and clothing and has made my life a living hell. I have had to throw out: numerous articles of clothing, winter jackets and apparel, bed sheets ,shirts, and other articles of clothing. Additionally, a shower curtain, bath mat and over 24 towels. The dust has settled on my TV screen and PC screen and is impossible to clean. On 6-1-24 I sent a detailed email to the president of the management of the leasing company detailing all of the issues. His response was "I am in receipt of your email message of June 1,2024, advising you will be vacating your apartment on June 30, 2024 Your notice has been accepted to terminate your lease." As I have been typing this review I have had to wash my eyeglasses four times with Dawn to remove the dust.

Living in the 920 on Park Apartments has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The two bedroom…read morethat I am in is spacious, comfortable, and very homey. The apartment has soft carpet, stainless appliances, and air conditioning. It is phenomenal that there is a parking garage located underneath the building, because nobody likes scrapping ice off their vehicle in the winter. Furthermore, the building is fully accessible with an elevator and ramp. During the summer, I highly recommend capitalizing on the beautiful outdoor recreational patio. What Wisconsinite doesn't enjoy grilling up some brats and burgers? The laundry room is always reliable, and I have never had an issue doing laundry. The property manager Stephanie is extremely cordial, respectful, and accommodating. Anytime that I have ever had an issue with my apartment, it has been rectified almost immediately. She has always been congenial to me and done everything in here power to make my living situation as accommodating as possible. Having her as the property manager has been one of my highlights for renting in this apartment complex. Honestly, these apartments are some of the best living accommodations within the city of Beloit and are affordable for both students, the working class, and young professionals.
