We were seated on the patio, surrounded by chain smokers. I know...I know. That's how it is in a lot of European cities. I get it, and I could have tolerated it for a bit, except that the service was horrible too. Nothing like our previous visit when we were greeted by friendly people. This time it seemed as though they didn't care to be bothered to serve anyone. I don't know if it was an off night. Either way, we left not long after arriving.
