What a wonderful little gem! I would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting this great…read moretown. All of the locals already frequent this place. It's in the center of town next to the very old red hunting lodge in the back side. You order inside (take a number when it's very busy during lunch or fika hour) and all of the seating is currently outdoors with a ton of tables with umbrellas for shade. It looks like they are renovating the other part of the building for inside seating and bathrooms.
The food- traditional Swedish fika food- wonderful pastries, a large coffee menu, sandwiches and traditional food like shrimp salad on beet salad on toast (yum!). The cardamom buns here are the best I've ever had in Sweden and they are huge.
All of the very friendly staff inside speak English by the way in case your Swedish is rusty or not great.
I highly recommend this place!
