There is a caring, personable young couple (Paty and Orlando) who genuinely love dogs that owns and operates it and unlike other places they allow you to see where the dogs kept and play and they are happy to give you a tour. Each dog has it's own super cute and large kennel with a bed - you have to see them to appreciate them! They and their employee Jorge also walk the dogs and provide plenty of activity for them. Every dog we have observed there was happy and ours loves to come here! They also offer grooming services, and say soon they will have an exclusive line of dog outfits and accessories.

They agreed and when I returned, they charged me, I tipped them heavily, and went home. Later that night I realized my dog was still having issues so I took him to the vet the next day thinking he had an infection and they informed me his glands were never expressed. Apparently many groomers get away with this because the owners aren't in the room to see it happen and it's easy money.

I dropped my dog off on Saturday so she could play while I got my nails done next door. I go to pick her up and this grouchy lady is like your dog has worms. Super rude. So say I doubt that but she was so insistent. They also gave her a shot which she had a reaction to. So just to be safe I take her to an excellent vet. (Thanks for the recommendation for k-lev they were amazing!) The vet gives her an anti inflammatory shot and said that should have been given with the vaccine because it's a common reaction. Test results -- no worms!! ‍
