That was a great idea, I arrived not to far after they opened and was pleasantly greeted by two employees. They let me settle in, read the menu, drink some water they set out for me then began with some great cocktail service. Through my broken French and their broken English we made great conversation and passed the time well before it was time for me to leave. I highly recommend this place whenever you're in town and taking a break from visiting the great cognac distilleries in town

One spoke enough English to help us interpret the menu. Our meals were fantastic. The shrimp was the star of the show, but the beef was scrumptious too. The flan could be the best we ever had, and we've eaten tons. We planned to share one, but ordered a second one. There's a full bar and plenty of wine choices. The list of cocktails is long (caipi, pina colada!) but being in Bordeaux, you can also order a glass of wine or even champagne. A glass of beer will go for 3 to 5 euros, cocktails start at 5, so prices are reasonnable. The barman is super friendly, and the music is not too loud so you can actually hear yourself talk!
