My husband and I stayed at Casa di Andrea for 3 nights during our 2 week vacation in Italy. We…read morepicked Monterosso as our home base in the Cinque Terre. Monterosso is very well maintained and manicured which is not always the case for the other 4 cities. We love Casa di Andrea - amazing upkeep and quite high tech for a B&B (electronic key card!). Our room was tidy and cute - it looked like it was just recently renovated. The shower had good water pressure, and the shower door could be closed fully to block out water from getting the bathroom floor all wet. Since Casa is located up the hill, I don't recommend this property for older folks or anyone with mobility issue! You will have to climb up multiple flights of stairs. But the pro is that the view is amazing! Carola runs this property and does it with such great taste! Her breakfast, although simple, is actually our favorite among all the hotels we visited on our trip. From the napkins to the cups and mugs, everything was colorful and elegantly presented! We got fresh coffee, fresh cut fruits, croissants, ham and cheese with toasts, and yogurt for breakfast. My husband typically doesn't eat breakfast and hates carbs, he made an exception for Carola because he loved what she put together. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Monterosso! You will have an amazing time!
