She really listened to what I wanted and we discussed the types of permanent/semi permanent colours available. She did a colour patch test 2 days before and even dyed some pieces of my own hair so that we could see what the colour would be like. My hair is now the best it's ever been with multi tones and all the grey covered - I can't wait to come back for my pre-Christmas appointment. You even get tea and a biscuit on a tray (there are many other complimentary refreshments too) and I got a free Ferrero Rocher as it was my first time there! For a truly professional and friendly service I can't recommend this salon highly enough and there's even plenty of free parking right outside! Reasonable prices and friendly, experienced and professional staff - honestly, you couldn't get any better!!!

I have to say that I had few beauty therapists over last few years that did various waxing treatments for me: Laura `s treatment (hollywood) was the quickies and least painful (actually not much pain at all) from all of them. Laura is very easily approachable, friendly and she makes you feel at easy. I will very happily use her service again.

such a great place. came here today to get acrylics removed…read moreand then a fresh set. the salon is clean, the staff are really friendly and offer you free drinks whilst you're waiting and when you're getting your nails done. prices are very reasonable and are a lot cheaper compared to other nail salons in ashford. i will say the place does get really busy so be prepared to wait a little while if there's a lot of people in there. however i only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was quite packed so if you go in there when it's really busy you probably won't have to wait too long. overall would definitely recommend and especially to students as you get a discount!
