There was another overnight snowfall on Friday night. It is now Saturday evening at 7 PM - 34 hours later and no one has come to clean my snow. Please give me my money back so I can hire someone reliable to shovel my snow. Your brochure says 100% guaranteed snow cleared within 12 hours. Obviously, that is not true. I paid for a priority level service which is supposed to be cleaned to the concrete every snowfall out over 1/2 cm. this is the second time I have had to complain for lack of service. Truly a horrible snow clearing experience. do not hire these unreliable people.

Strike 1. First snowfall accumulation when they showed up they did about 15 feet of sidewalk I did the rest. Phoned girl very apologetic. Strike 2. Storm Dec 18th and 19th No one showed on the 19th, phoned girl said they will be here tomorrow. Saturday night still no show this is 36hours after the snow had stopped I went out and shoveled. Strike 3. Sent an email cancelling the service I did not receive as well as phoned on Monday again cancelling. I know that in their brochure they mention a $100.00 service cancellation fee, in the same brochure they mention having always getting peoples snow done within 10 hours.Dissapointed in Green Blade along with the cancellation fee for services not received.
