History
Established in 2010.
It started all with five owners of the company, all of them coming from MLP, a German financial company that withdrew their business in The Netherlands. They thought they could give better financial advice in The Netherlands if they would start theit own business. So, they did and they did it successfully.
Implementing Holacracy in 2016 had a major impact on the business. This type of self management within the company made every employee (we call them Viisionairs) a sort of entrepreneur.
Now, in 2018,. we have 30+ Viisionairs and we are currently in a scale up phase which means that we want to double the amount of advisors to realise dreams of more house buyers in The Netherlands.
Meet the Business Owner: Frank T.
The four founders of Viisi, Hergen Dutrieux, Tom van der Lubbe, Hendrik Schakel and Frank Tukker, graduated from the University of Amsterdam or the University of Leiden with a degree in Economics, Econometrics, History, or Chemistry. Shortly after graduating, they quickly emerged as a top-producing mortgage broker in the Amsterdam-area through a relentless work ethic and a customer-first approach.
After more then ten years of experience as alround financial advisors and mortgage brokers, the created Viisi in December of 2010. The company was built with the intention of providing low fees and rates, coupled with elite service.
