There are also English translations on most pictures which is a plus for those who haven't brushed up on their Suomea. As you walk in, on your left there is the front desk where the staff is very helpful and willing to explain things in English. Touching of the exhibits is mostly forbidden expect for a few like the dip pen, props and a piano which you can play to your hearts content. After you have circled around don't forget to go to the steam engine museum which is located at the back. Here you can expect to find a model steam engine. Overall, the museum is well done but I would recommend it as something to do on a rainy day just as I did.
