The sales lady was helpful and honest re: General information about wood floors and flooring distributors. I let her know that I wasn't sure this would result in us buying from them because we wanted to resolve the issue with the other business. She actually provided information that seemed neutral and in line with the what the other company was telling us. I very much appreciated her help despite the possibility that it wouldn't result in a sale.
