When we pick up steaks at San Juan in Monterrey we always have success with the Prime Rib Steaks (boneless) about an inch thick. We have tried other cuts such as the Prime Rib Steaks with the bone attached and also Beef Ribs but wasn't happy with our selection. We also pick up our steaks during the Christmas Holiday and enjoy the trip. Will return.
